Immersed, Submerged, Overwhelmed with the Holy Spirit

Mark begins the gospel story with John the Baptist preaching that Jesus would come to "baptize" us with the Holy Spirit. What exactly does that mean? (Mark 1.1-8, September 8, 2013)
