What’s the Difference Between Works and Grace?

How is God happy with me? Is it because of the good that I do and the bad that I don't do? Or is it because of His grace? And what does it mean to have faith in His grace? And why should I even care about asking this question? (Mark 2.18-22, February 2, 2014)
